Our designs are developed using 3-D solid modeling software, which shortens the design phase, provides better visualization during customer design reviews and minimizes the potential for interference during assembly.
We specialize in custom engineering, offering complex packaging solutions that can incorporate automatic wrapping of finished rolls, insertion of shipping plugs, boxing, pallet dispensing and robotic palletizing. Other projects involve fully automatic lathe slitting, ultrasonic welding of various substrates to form sheet protectors, or heat sealed pouches and complex flat bottom bag configurations.
