About the JJM Manual Surface Rewinder
The JJM is an economical and introductory solution for converters new to the POS, ATM, lottery or receipt on label industry or customers with low-volume contracts per order.
The shafted unwind stand and rewind station are incorporated into the mono-frame design. The JJM requires the most operator involvement as the following manual functions must be performed by the operator for each machine cycle. The operator is responsible for removing finished rolls from the machine, placing a cored mandrel into the machine, cutting the tails and securing the tails of the finished rolls with glue or a tab. During the machine cycle, the operator will remove the finished rolls from the mandrel and re-load the mandrel with new cores for the next cycle. An automatic tail cut and glue system is available as an option.
All Jennerjahn small roll surface rewinders feature two bedrollers and a top rider roller that applies programmable torque and regulated down pressure to accurately control tension and fundamental winding technology throughout the winding cycle.
